Aenex — Collaborative Workspace

Aenex is built with compliance as a core consideration. We are transparent about which standards we currently meet, which we are actively working toward, and where we are on our roadmap. We believe in honest communication about our security posture rather than claiming certifications we have not yet earned.

GDPR

In progress

We are working toward full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation for users in the European Economic Area. Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available on request.

UK GDPR

In progress

Compliant where applicable under UK data protection law. We process data in accordance with the UK GDPR framework for our users in the United Kingdom.

CCPA / CPRA

Supported

California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of their data. We do not sell personal data. Requests can be submitted to support@plannorium.com.

SOC 2

Planned

We are evaluating SOC 2 Type II certification and expect to begin the audit process as part of our roadmap. In the meantime, we follow SOC 2-aligned security practices across our infrastructure.

ISO 27001

Roadmap

ISO 27001 certification is on our long-term roadmap. Our information security management system is being designed with ISO 27001 standards in mind.

HIPAA

Not currently compliant

Aenex is not HIPAA compliant at this time. Do not upload protected health information (PHI) to the Platform. HIPAA compliance is part of our long-term roadmap as Curenium develops.

Healthcare Compliance

As part of the Plannorium ecosystem, we recognize that healthcare-grade security is essential for our long-term roadmap. Curenium, our wellness ecosystem product, is being designed with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data protection requirements in mind. Aenex will follow the same standards as those requirements mature.

Data Residency

We currently host data in the United States and the European Union. Regional data residency options are on our roadmap and will be made available as customer demand requires. Contact us if you have specific data residency needs.

We are committed to making Aenex accessible to all users. Our accessibility efforts include:

Working toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
Keyboard navigation support across all major features
Screen reader compatibility for editing and navigation
High contrast mode support
Reduced motion support for users with vestibular disorders
