Plannorium Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Aenex platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Aenex and related services.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

Full name

Profile photo (optional)
Password (stored as a salted hash — we never store plain-text passwords)
Workspace name

Workspace Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create. We collect and store content you voluntarily provide:

Pages, notes, and documents
Databases and structured data
Comments and annotations
File and media attachments
AI prompts you submit
AI-generated responses

Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information when you access the platform:

Device type and operating system
Browser type and version
IP address
Session duration and page interactions
Log files and error reports

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information (such as credit card details and billing address) is securely processed by our third-party payment providers. Aenex does not store full payment card numbers.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

Essential: Authentication and session management
Preferences: Remembering your settings and theme choices
Analytics: Understanding how the platform is used to guide improvements

How We Use Your Data

AI Processing

Aenex includes AI features that process workspace content to generate responses, summaries, and suggestions.

How it works: When you submit a prompt or request an AI action, the relevant content is sent to our trusted AI provider (such as Groq or Google Gemini) to generate a response. We transmit only the data necessary to fulfill your request.

Storage: AI prompts and generated responses are stored as part of your workspace content. You can delete them at any time.

Model training: We do not train AI models on your workspace content. Our AI providers are contracted not to use your data for model training or improvement unless you explicitly opt in.

Important: AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case. You should review and verify AI outputs before relying on them, especially in professional or regulated contexts.

Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal data. We only share information when necessary to operate the platform and provide our services:

With payment processors to handle subscriptions
With cloud hosting providers to store and serve data
With AI providers to process requests you initiate
With analytics services to understand platform usage (anonymized where possible)
When required by law, legal process, or enforceable government request
To protect our rights, property, or safety, and those of our users

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your account.
Inactive accounts: After 12 months of inactivity, we may attempt to contact you before deactivating and deleting your workspace.
Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, your workspace content is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Backups may persist for up to 90 days.
Backups: Encrypted backups are retained for disaster recovery purposes and are securely rotated.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations
Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests

International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Our infrastructure providers operate globally, and we ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Children's Privacy

Aenex is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Aenex after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
